We amend these Terms from time to time as set out in clause 6. Every time you wish to order the Goods or Services, please check these Terms to ensure you understand the terms which will apply at that time.

We operate the website www.theskarlette.co.uk. We are Skarlette® Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13299334 and with our registered office at Skarlette® Limited, Greendale, Ashbrook Drive, Prestbury, SK10 4BY.  To contact us, please use our Contact Us Form.

Your use of our site is governed by our Terms & Conditions. Please take the time to read these, as they include important terms which apply to you.

4. Our Contract with you

These Terms, and any document expressly referred to in them, constitute the entire agreement between you and us (the “Contract”). You acknowledge that you have not relied on any statement, promise or representation made or given by or on behalf of us which is not set out in these Terms or any document expressly referred to in them.

Where you are a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to Goods and Services that are not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. Nothing in these Terms will affect these legal rights. 

5. How the Contract is formed between you and us

Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Please take the time to read and check your order at each page of the order process. 

We will confirm our acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail ("Order Confirmation"). The Contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Order Confirmation. 

6. Our right to vary these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time, including in the following circumstances: 

  • Changes in how we accept payment from you; and
  • Changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Every time you order Goods from us, the Terms in force at that time will apply to the Contract between you and us.

 7. Providing Goods and Services

We will provide your Goods as set out in the Order Confirmation. Mainland UK delivery is charged at £4.99. International delivery charges will be dependent on country. All goods will be carefully packaged by hand.

The information we require from you is your name, address and contact details. 

Whilst we aim to deliver your order within 14 days of date the order was placed, we will contact you if this is not possible.

8. Your right to return / refund

Our returns are straightforward and simple. All we ask is that our customers return the items back to us with tags attached and the original packaging. Please include a copy of the invoice inside so that we can trace the order and issue a refund within thirty working days once received back at our studio: The Studio@Greendale, Ashbrook Drive, Prestbury, SK10 4BY. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s).

If you want to return an item, please tell us by email at hello@skarlette.co.uk. Please provide your name, address and details of the order.

Skarlettes®: Customers can try on and return them for a refund if they do not fit, in original packaging and condition, with tags.

Knickers: For hygiene reasons, customers cannot return knickers.

All goods will be inspected on return. Please refrain from wearing deodorant or perfume when trying the products on. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for products which appear worn.  

9. Intellectual Property Rights

For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, "Intellectual Property Rights" refers to our brand – The Skarlette® which is a registered Trademark (Number: UK00003521128)

10. Payment methods and security

As we use PayPal credit/debit card systems, you can be assured that we don't hold any credit card details on our files and your money is 100% safe.

We comply with the Data Protection Act and do not pass your details onto any third parties. Your address information is for the transaction only and we do not keep records for any marketing purposes and you will not receive junk mail or spam from ourselves.

This Privacy Policy applies to our use of any and all Data collected by us or provided by you in relation to your use of the Website. Skarlette® Limited is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. Skarlette® Limited may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes.
