1. Does Skarlette ship worldwide?
Yes. Skarlette ships all over the world from America to Australia and everywhere in between.
2. Does Skarlette offer returns and refunds on lingerie products?
Yes. However, for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept the return of knickers, as per our refund policy.
3. Can a woman who has had a single mastectomy wear a Skarlette Flat Bra?
Skarlette is designed for a flat chest, however, we do have some customers who are flat on one side only who wear the Ella Flat Bra. This is only suitable if your remaining breast is a small cup.
4. Are Skarlette Ambassadors breast cancer survivors?
Yes. At Skarlette we feel passionately about helping women to grow their confidence and learn to accept and love themselves after breast cancer surgery. For this reason, we believe it's important for our ambassadors to have lived personal experience as they can empathise and inspire our community.
5. Does Skarlette use professional models?
No. Heather is a breast cancer survivor herself and values having other women who have been through a similar journey to model the skarlette lingerie.
6. Why are mastectomy bras so expensive?
The Skarlette bra is manufactured in the UK which makes it an expensive product to produce. However, we feel passionately, that women shouldn't need to pay premium prices especially after what they have endured, and we keep our prices at the lowest they can be, despite the quality and "Made in England" label.
7. Do mastectomy bras stay in place?
Yes. The Skarlette bra is designed with Heather and the needs of her chest following a double mastectomy. The gentle stretch fabric and lace comfortably sits snuggly against the chest.
8. What is a flat bra / what bra is suitable for a flat chest?
The Skarlette! Designed by flat women, for flat women. The Skarlette has flat traingles without pockets, cups or padding. It has a deeper underband to provide comfort and it has a dainty and lacy design.
9. What to wear with a flat chest?
Some clothes work even better with a flat chest! First you can start with beautiful lingerie, and put your Skarlette on. Layering up, choosing patterns and fabrics that flatter, and thinking about the shape of clothes really helps. There are some great tips in our blog.
10. Is the Skarlette a post-surgery bra?
Yes. You’ll feel utterly beautiful, feminine and comfortable when you have lingerie that’s been thoughtfully designed for your specific shape. At Skarlette we celebrate flat and fabulous individuals every day, that's why we exist.
